Exchange/Return Policy: 

Eunoia follows a strict no exchange/ return policy for any orders unless there has been damage to the item. 

A claim must be submitted along with a picture of the damage.

A specialized team will assess the claim and make a final judgment as to whether or not an exchange/return is to occur.
