All sale items are final. Eunoia has a strict alteration, return, and refund policy. No items shall be returned or altered or refunded if there is no physical evidence of damage. Proof of damage must be submitted via a formal claim, and Eunoia will assess the damage and make the final determination as to whether or not a refund or replacement or alteration is required.
Eunoia works with Posta Plus courrier to deliver items internationally.
All shipping charges and timings depend on the policies implemented by the courrier.
A tracking number will be provided upon request along with proof of shipping (way bill), and coordination must be made between the customer and the courrier in case of delays.
